What areas do you service?

Our service area is approximately 50 km radius around North Bay but depending on the project, scope of work and budget, would be willing to go as far as Huntsville or Sudbury.

What does a new kitchen cost?

This is by far the most common question and there is no easy answer. There are many factors that will contribute to your overall budget but as far as cabinetry goes, it may start anywhere from 5000 and go up from there depending on the style of cabinetry, upgrades, accessories, appliances, additional trades required, flooring and decor! When someone asks ‘Can you give me a ballpark estimate?’ my answer is: ‘Ballparks are huge!’ Our ultimate goal is always to respect and adhere to the clients ideal budget. It is also our mission to be as transparent about what can be done with your budget and what can’t or to recommend solutions that will result in the most bang for your buck.

How long will my renovation take?

This will depend on the overall scope of work and how many different trades are involved in bringing the space together. If we are simply swapping out old cabinetry for new - it can be completed in as little as a week or less. If there are multiple contractors with varying availability and time requirements, the length of the project will increase. We at Kitchen Gallery & Interiors do our best to choreograph our projects and work with subcontractors that understand our ultimate goal of getting you back into your new gorgeous space as quickly as we possibly can.

Do you do Bathroom Renovations?

Yes! Bathroom Design and Renovations are a huge part of Kitchen Gallery & Interiors. Bathroom Design is highly detail oriented, with so many moving parts and Kristin, the owner, would argue that they’re even more intricate than a Kitchen Reno. We don’t mean to brag but we have the best team going for bathroom renovations. From the design and plans, the product sourcing, the project management and project execution we have a stellar reputation and the end result speaks for itself!

How does the process work?

Whether it’s a Kitchen or Bathroom project you’re thinking of undertaking the best first step is to either give us a call or visit our showroom to discuss your ideas. If you’d like to speak with Kristin about your project it may be best to schedule a time to visit our showroom and discuss with her. From there we can schedule an in-home consultation where she can see the space and take the required measurements. Based on that meeting she will prepare whatever drawings/plans and quotes are required and get in touch with you to set up a follow up meeting to discuss and review.

Where can I park when I visit the showroom?

There is parking right at the front of the building and more around the corner on Duke Street. Also, the Arugula parking lot across the street is a great spot to enjoy some amazing pizza or salad and my clients have been given permission to park there as well.

Will Cabinet Refacing save me money?

Generally speaking, Cabinet Refacing is the ideal way to give your kitchen a total facelift while keeping the layout intact. There are factors that influence what we can achieve, how much we can save you and how much we can transform the existing space. Given the nature of cabinet refacing, it is important that our clients have the correct expectations with regards to what can and can’t be done and there are scenarios where it will not save you as much money as a whole new kitchen. The good news is that we are experts in Cabinet Refacing and will be able to thoroughly explain whether or not your kitchen is an ideal candidate for a reface or not.

Do you sell tile?

Yes! Due to the face that there are gazillions of tiles on the market and also due to the fact that the owner is an Interior Designer, our tile selection is completely curated. Every tile in our showroom has been specifically chosen with a specific style or ideal project in mind. We are constantly changing up our samples and anything we show is available. We do not stock any tiles so please allow a few weeks for your tile to arrive.

Do you offer design services?

Absolutely! Kristin, the owner, is an Accredited Interior Designer. While she typically reserves her design services to current Kitchen or Bathroom renovation clients, she is more than willing to discuss what you’re looking for to see what she may be able to contribute.

What does a Bathroom Renovation cost?

This all comes down to the clients wish list and scope of work. Full Bathroom Renovations are definitely an investment. Especially when they are done to last, using only the best waterproofing materials, not to mention all of the other great quality products. A beautiful new custom shower that leaks because corners were cut in terms of your waterproofing efforts can be a very costly issue to repair. What you will get from us is full transparency with regards to your budget and must haves.

What types of countertops do you offer?

The material used depends on the project, design style and budget. The most common countertops we offer are Granite, Quartz, Marble and Laminate.
